I am only interested in clients from a particular geographic location, Are there Engines more devoted to one location then another?

Answer:

While there are isolated engines that are dedicated to specific categories or locations, their use is rather unimportant except possibly for Yahoo and DMOZ.  If you desire only clients from a particular location, the meta tags in your site will implement that regardless of the nature of the engine to which it is submitted.  This is a minor problem that is easily solved with our ""Platinum"  and "Custom" plan submissions

Yahoo and DMOZ provide for regional placement of your site.  This requires that the site be submitted under a category that includes the region desired.  Our "Platinum"  and "Custom" plans provide for this type of submission.  Additionally, as previously stated, if a regional placement is required, we also use the meta tags for that purpose.  As a matter of fact, the meta tags can identify a region with better precision than than the search engine categories.
